To meet growing demand from across the region, we have expanded with Tower D and Tower E, adding outpatient services for multiple specialities and purpose-built advanced operating theatres. International Patient Services
Every year, thousands of patients travel to us from Indonesia, China, Indo-China, Singapore and beyond. To date, we have welcomed more than 146,000 international patient visits from 164 nationalities — and we support each one from the very first enquiry to a safe return home.
Our International Patient Centre (IPC) is your single point of contact throughout the journey. A dedicated coordinator helps arrange your appointments and tele-consultations, assists with language and translation, and takes care of practical needs such as medical evacuation, transportation and visa extensions — so you can focus on your health, not the paperwork.
We also work with a wide network of international insurance providers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), giving eligible patients the convenience of cashless treatment during their stay.
