    • Non-transferable, not exchangeable for other items / packages / medications / services & non-refundable.
    • Purchased products or services must be redeemed within the validity period stated on the Website.
    • Payment can only be made through the Website.

  • Redemption of product or services.
    • Booking of your appointment by contacting Sunway Medical Centre International Patient Centre via Whatsapp at (+60)19-200 9191 (Text Only ) or email us at [email protected].
    • Appointments are advised to be made 7 working days in advance.
    • Kindly provide your details (i.e. Name, Passport Number, Contact, date option, Nationality, Purchase order ID) for appointment purposes.
    • Proof of purchase must be presented during the appointment and prior to registration at the counter.
    • Additional charges may apply for any additional test / procedure advised by the doctor.
    • Redemption of products or services shall be made prior to the expiry of the validity period.
       
  • Discount voucher codes
    • Discount voucher codes are only valid on the Website.
    • A valid voucher code must be entered at the checkout page to enjoy the applicable discount.
    • The use of discount voucher codes is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective campaign or promotion.
    • SMC reserves the right to determine the eligibility, usage limits, and validity period of any discount voucher code.
    • Discount voucher codes are not exchangeable for cash.
       
  • SMC reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of discount voucher code for any reason, including:
    • Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or voucher usage.
    • Abuse of voucher codes, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts by the same customer or group of customers.
    • Voucher code not applicable to promotional products.
    • Improper use or redemption of a voucher code.
    • Inability to validate or redeem a voucher code.
       
  • How Do I Redeem My Voucher Code?
