Your Patient Care Coordinator serves as your personal healthcare concierge, providing dedicated, one-on-one support throughout your stay with us. From the moment you arrive until your departure, your PCC ensures that every aspect of your journey is smooth, comfortable, and personalised.

Here’s how your Patient Care Coordinator supports you:

	Warmly welcoming you upon arrival at the hospital.
	Assisting with registration and guiding you to your consultation or treatment areas.
	Providing updates and coordination for specialist appointments, procedures, and Guarantee Letter (GL) status.
	Personal care service during your stay at the hospital.
	Offering real-time assistance via WhatsApp from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, to respond to inquiries or unexpected needs during your stay.
