Terms and Conditions:

  1. This promotion is exclusively for self-paying health tourists.
  2. This promotion is intended solely for health screening only.
  3. The promotion appointment only available from Monday to Friday except public holiday.
  4. Eligibility for the promotion will be determined by the attending specialist during first consultation. 
  5. This promotion is applicable to participating specialist only.
  6. If the client is deemed ineligible for the promotion, the consultation fee will be borne by the client.
  7. Full payment of the selected promotion price, along with a RM1,000 deposit, is required upon confirmation.
  8. Any balance refund will be processed within 14 working days and is subject to the applicable foreign exchange rate.
  9. This promotion is valid only for applications made through International Patient Centre (IPC)
  10. The promotion includes a 2-day, 1-night stay at Sunway Sanctuary in a Deluxe Studio room without breakfast. The room is for one patient and one companion only.
  11. The Malaysia Tourism Tax of RM10.00 and the Selangor State Tax of RM7 per room per night shall be borne by the participant.
  12. For the Sunway Sanctuary stay, clients are entitled to the swimming pool and gym facilities only.
  13. Airport transfer services are available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM, excluding public holidays and Sundays.
  14. Bookings must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival. This service is for one patient and one companion only.
  15. Any insurance claims or pay-and-claim arrangements will invalidate this promotion.
  16. Promotion is valid until 31st December 2026.
  17. Prices are subject to 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) for non-Malaysians.
  18. Sunway Medical Centre reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
