4. Complimentary Transportation  

• Applicable only to bookings made through the International Patient Centre (IPC):
• Inpatient Services
  • Two-way transportation is provided:
    • Pick-up from the airport, including Subang Airport or Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), or from the hotel to the hospital; and
    • Return transportation from the hospital to the airport, including Subang Airport or Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), or to the hotel.

7. Special Rate for VIP Airport Concierge Service

• Enjoy a special rate of RM250 for the VIP Concierge Service at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA and KLIA2).
• The service is applicable for one (1) patient and one (1) accompanying person. It provides greater comfort and convenience upon arrival or departure, including document assistance and personalised guidance at the airport.
