• This promotion is valid upon presentation of a valid Batik Air boarding pass.
• This promotion is valid for one (1) use only and strictly applies to the individual whose name appears on the Batik Air boarding pass. Transfer of entitlement or name changes are not permitted.
• Each Batik Air boarding pass is valid for one (1) individual and one (1) transaction only.
• This promotion is valid for three (3) months from the arrival date stated on the Batik Air boarding pass. The validity period cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• The Hospital reserves the right to reject any Batik Air boarding pass that has been altered, damaged or deemed unacceptable for any reason.
• The Hospital shall not be responsible for any Batik Air boarding pass that is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, and no replacement will be provided under such circumstances.

How to Get 10% Off Batik Air Tickets

• Scan the QR code on the promotional flyer or register through the Batik Air Registration Form
• Complete activation via email on the same day.
• Receive the ticket booking instructions.
• Book your Batik Air ticket and select your preferred flight schedule.

On Your Appointment Day

• Bring your passport and Batik Air boarding pass/ticket when registering.
