- Applicable only to cashless patients covered by AIA Indonesia insurance.
- The room upgrade is limited to one level above the patient's entitled room category.
- The room upgrade is subject to room availability at the time of admission.
- If the upgraded room is unavailable, the hospital reserves the right to place the patient in their entitled room category or another available room.
- Billing will remain based on the patient's entitled room category to avoid additional pro-rata charges.
