Reward Tiers
Patients who meet the minimum spending requirement in a single transaction are eligible to redeem one of the following rewards:

How to Redeem
Claiming your reward is simple.
- Pay your medical bill using an eligible international Visa card.
- Redeem your complimentary gift at the International Patient Centre (IPC) by presenting your payment receipt.
- Download the Sunway Super App to claim your shopping e-vouchers.
Who Is Eligible?
This promotion is available exclusively to self-paying international patients (non-Malaysian citizens) who:
- Pay using an eligible international Visa debit, credit, or prepaid card issued outside Malaysia.
- Spend a minimum of RM1,000 in a single receipt.
- Make payment either online or in person at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur.
Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms & Conditions before participating in the Care, Pay & Redeem with Visa promotion.
- The promotion is valid from 8 July to 31 August 2026.
- Exclusive for self-paying international patients (non-Malaysian citizens) only.
- Valid for transactions made at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, either in person or online.
- Payment must be made using eligible international Visa cards only, including foreign-issued Visa debit, credit, and prepaid cards that are not issued in Malaysia.
- A minimum spend of RM1,000 in a single receipt qualifies for an Exclusive Gift and shopping e-Vouchers worth RM300.
- A minimum spend of RM5,000 in a single receipt qualifies for a Premium Gift and shopping e-Vouchers worth RM500.
- Only one (1) reward tier may be redeemed per eligible transaction.
- Each eligible Visa cardholder is entitled to one (1) redemption only throughout the campaign period.
- Eligibility for redemption is determined based on the payment receipt date, not the appointment or visit date.
- Complimentary gifts are available while stocks last.
- Gift redemption is available exclusively at the International Patient Centre (IPC), Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur.
- Shopping e-vouchers are claimable via the Sunway Super App upon gift redemption.
- Gifts and shopping e-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Sunway Medical Centre, Visa, and the Sunway Super App reserve the right to:
- Substitute rewards with items of equal value.
- Verify eligibility, payment receipts, and card information before processing any redemption.
- Amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.
