• This package is valid for self-paying International Patients only.
• Prices are subject to 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) and may change without prior notice.
• Prices are based on per person basis, in Malaysian currency (RM).
• This promotion is intended solely for health screening only.
• Eligibility for the promotion will be determined by the attending specialist during first consultation. 
• This promotion is applicable to participating specialist only.
• If the client is deemed ineligible for the promotion, the consultation fee will be borne by the client.
• Full payment of the selected promotion price, along with a RM1,000 deposit, is required upon confirmation.
• Any balance refund will be processed within 14 working days and is subject to the applicable foreign exchange rate.
• The promotion includes a 2-day, 1-night stay at Sunway Sanctuary in a Deluxe Studio room without breakfast. The room is for one patient and one companion only.
• The Malaysia Tourism Tax of RM10.00 and the Selangor State Tax of RM7 per room per night shall be borne by the participant.
• For the Sunway Sanctuary stay, clients are entitled to the swimming pool and gym facilities only.
• Airport transfer services are available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM, excluding public holidays and Sundays.
• Bookings must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival. This service is for one patient and one companion only.
• Any insurance claims or pay-and-claim arrangements will invalidate this promotion.
• Upon completion of payment, cancellations are not permitted. However, we do accommodate rescheduling requests provided date fall within the campaign period.
• Confirmed orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Prices are valid until 31 December 2026.
• The purchased package must be utilised within 3-month, including both appointment booking and completion of services.
• Appointment booking must be made 7 days in advance.
• Screening slots are available Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 only. Please note that screenings are not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Travelers are responsible for independently securing their own visas.
